Introducing the Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer: Revolutionizing Power Solutions for Seafaring Ventures
Our Marine Transformer offers versatile insulation classes: B, F, and H. It accommodates low-voltage needs with a capacity reaching up to 8000kVA below 1kV, and medium-voltage applications (below 10kV) also up to 8000kVA. Tailored designs are available to meet unique specifications, and we provide product certifications from renowned classification societies, such as CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, RINA, and more, ensuring compliance and reliability.
Exceptional Structural Features of Our Product
Crafted with precision, the core material uses premium cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously laminated at a precise 45° angle for optimal performance and durability.
Our insulation materials, made from high-grade Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper, extend the transformer's lifespan to over 30 years, ensuring long-term reliability and efficiency.
Unmatched Resistance to Moisture, Salt Spray, Mold, and Rust: The core's surface is shielded by a specialized resin coating that provides superior protection.
Experience Low Energy Loss, Minimal Partial Discharge, Robust Overload Capacity, and Quieter Operations: Utilizing 0.18-0.3mm thick, highly permeable, high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our design significantly reduces loss. The through-bolt structure further diminishes noise levels.
Innovative Coil Design: The marine transformer's coil features an open structure, while the ocean platform variant is cast with stuffing epoxy resin for enhanced flame resistance and safety.
Built for Protection: The transformer's casing is constructed from premium steel sheets, available in Protection Classes IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23, ensuring durability and safety in various environments.
Smart Design for Ease of Use: The stuffing box is strategically positioned on either side, with a bottom in/bottom out wiring style for capacities of 500 kVA and above. Cable holes are integrated at the base for secure and scratch-proof wire management.
Application Conditions: Ensuring Optimal Performance
Our company's products are designed to operate flawlessly under the following conditions:
Ambient Temperature Range: Functioning smoothly between -25°C to 45°C;
Maintaining Efficiency at Relative Humidity Levels: Up to 95%
Designed to withstand vibration and shock from the installation environment;
Handles Swing Angles up to 22.5° and Inclining Angles up to 15°, providing stability under dynamic conditions;
Robust Against Dew, Oil Mist, Salt Mist, and Molds, maintaining performance integrity.
