1. Scientific and Advanced Design Scheme

The optimized lamination design minimizes magnetic distortion at gaps, enhancing the no-load performance significantly.
2. Iron Cores
Our iron core, crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, is expertly cut to minimize burrs with a unique shearing machine. The multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints efficiently reduce no-load loss, current, and noise. The core clamping mechanism, designed with a robust board structure, ensures high mechanical strength. Fasten nails maintain optimal transformer axis padding block pressure, offering remarkable durability.
3. High Purity Oxygen-Free Copper Windings, Reduced Load Loss
Inner coils are expertly wound directly on the insulation barrel, with chamfering spacers and padding blocks employed to standardize the electric field and enhance stability. The BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment is utilized in assembly to precisely position the windings axially, reinforcing axial strength for long-lasting performance.
4. Tank
Utilizing wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams, our folded plate type tank boasts an elegant and delicate appearance coupled with superior mechanical strength. It surpasses standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding technology and groove type flange ensure the tank and pipes are built for longevity without leakage. The wide plate radiation system, equipped with robust low-noise blowers, elevates heat dissipation efficiency, curtails radiating plates, and prevents leakage. The system is designed for direct transformer mounting. The capsule-type conservator effectively prolongs the lifespan of the oil in vacuum conditions, bolstering electric strength.
5. Protection System
The Pt100 thermal resistors temperature control system ensures precise monitoring in the transformer body, while a pressure relief valve with contacts atop the tank enhances safety. The conservator features an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays, and the tank includes an oil pressure indicator with contacts for efficient signal conversion and transfer. Our high voltage and low voltage bushings, crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extend insulation space and are designed for use in high-pollution environments. Elegant padding plates and terminal cases are made from stainless steel, offering a refined appearance and enhanced durability.
