1. Scientific and Advanced Design Scheme
Our transformers employ cutting-edge computer software to meticulously analyze the winding electric field under high voltage. This allows for precise calculation of electric field distribution, ensuring the winding structure withstands high-voltage impulses. By examining and optimizing the insulation structure, these transformers guarantee safe and reliable operation. Furthermore, the magnetic leakage and temperature field are analyzed to align with design specifications, and the lamination design is optimized to reduce magnetic distortion and enhance no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, our iron cores are precisely cut with specialized shearing machinery that minimizes burrs. The innovative multi-step, 45° all-leaning joints effectively reduce no-load losses, no-load current, and noise. The core clamping device is structured for high mechanical strength, and fastening nails ensure adequate transformer axis padding block pressure is maintained.
3. High Purity Oxygen-Free Copper Windings, Reducing Load Loss
The high-purity copper windings are meticulously wound directly onto the insulation barrel, employing chamfering spacers and padding blocks to evenly distribute the electric field and enhance stability. The use of BDK-80M synchronized lifting equipment during assembly secures the axial position of the windings and fortifies axial strength, ensuring robust and efficient performance.
4. Tank
Our tanks are constructed with wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams, resulting in a streamlined and durable design. The folded plate type tank passes rigorous standard pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding techniques and groove-type flanges ensure long-term, leak-free operation. The integrated wide plate radiation system, equipped with heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, significantly enhances heat dissipation efficiency while preventing leaks. This system can be mounted directly on the transformer. The capsule-type conservator prolongs oil life by protecting it under vacuum conditions, bolstering electric strength.
5. Protection System
Our protection systems include Pt100 thermal resistors for comprehensive temperature control. A pressure relief valve with contacts is placed atop the tank, while an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays are situated on the conservator. Additionally, an oil pressure indicator with contacts is installed within the tank. These sophisticated components enable efficient signal conversion and transfer. Both high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) bushings utilize pollution-retardant porcelain oil, extending insulation space for high pollution conditions. Stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases lend an elegant appearance to the overall design.
