Product Introduction
The CEEG 24 pulse cast resin dry-type rectifier transformer is used in locomotive traction substations, EMU (Electric Multiple Unit) traction substations, urban rail transit systems, and electrified highway systems, providing safer, more reliable, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and longer service life compared to traditional oil-immersed transformers. The product comprises two 12-pulse axial split traction rectifier transformers.



Product Features
Harmonic Filtering: Utilizes 24-pulse rectification, resulting in fewer harmonics; key technical parameters are balanced, effectively reducing non-characteristic harmonics.

Advanced Temperature Control: Embedded PT thermistor enables transformer temperature detection and control; includes over-temperature alarm and trip, audio-visual alerts, fan start, fan overload protection, and computer interface.

Low Loss and Low Noise: Features a 45°C full-stepped joint iron core with special resin coating on the surface, significantly reducing no-load loss, no-load current, and noise.

High Insulation: Uses F-class insulation materials, with partial discharge levels not exceeding 5pC.

Moisture and Rust Resistance: Longitudinal airway foil structure low-voltage coils, and epoxy resin coating offer excellent moisture resistance.

Customizable: Flexible design and quick response to meet specific requirements.
