CEEG has proudly partnered with DuPont since 1999, marking a milestone in innovation by becoming the pioneering company in China to utilize DuPont Nomex paper as an insulation material. This collaboration set the foundation for crafting open-ventilated dry-type transformers with unparalleled quality and safety.
Introducing a product tailored for environments with stringent fireproofing standards, CEEG's Dry Type Transformer excels in managing high rating waves amidst challenging conditions. Ideal for airports, subways, power plants, the mining industry, hospitals, skyscrapers, bustling shopping centers, populous areas, oil sectors, and even nuclear power plants, this transformer is engineered to thrive where reliability is non-negotiable.
Product Features
The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated transformer stands out with its exceptional overload capacity and resilience to high temperatures. Prioritizing safety and reliability, it offers fire retardant properties and moisture resistance. This environmentally friendly transformer operates with low noise, simplifies maintenance, minimizes partial discharge, and ensures a crack-free experience, setting a benchmark in performance.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
Since 1999, CEEG has forged a pioneering partnership with DuPont, being the first in China to implement DuPont Nomex® Paper in non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. This innovative insulation material achieves a high insulation grade of class H or C. With tightly wrapped windings, it can withstand the rigors of short-circuiting impacts, ensuring durability over prolonged service.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
Crafted using either high-grade cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, lap-jointed at 45 degrees with precision 7 stepping seams, or high-quality amorphous alloy strips, the core of this transformer epitomizes excellence. Wrapped in insulated tape, it remains isolated from the windings. Special square tubes and draw plates secure the structure, while a moisture and rust-resistant resin coating ensures longevity. This design significantly lowers no-load loss, current, and noise. For amorphous alloy core models, expect an impressive 60% reduction in no-load loss and enhanced energy efficiency.
3. HV & LV Coils
Our high-voltage winding features a continuous structure, ensuring immense mechanical strength and exceptional radiation capabilities. This design excels in damp-proofing and can endure heat shocks with partial discharge under 5PC. The winding is recoverable post service life. Utilizing F-grade DMD lamination, low-voltage foil is epoxy resin presoaked, ensuring void-free insulation through automated VPI equipment and high-temperature curing. Additionally, high current taps are available for the low-voltage winding.
4. Additional Features
Tailor the primary and secondary voltages to meet any customer requirement, ensuring versatility.
Incorporate fans to significantly enhance emergency overload capacity, boosting reliability.
Self-extinguishing properties offer superior fire resistance compared to oil-based alternatives, promising heightened safety.
Expertly designed to handle harmonic loading, optimizing performance across varying conditions.
Ensure peak efficiency for turbo gen sets with core loop testing transformers, enhancing operational reliability.
With reduced energy content during a fire, decreased weight, and remarkable heat wave resistance, this transformer sets itself apart in safety and sustainability.
Certification
CEEG dry-type transformers proudly hold KEMA E2, C2, and F1 certifications, signifying excellence in Environmental, Climatic, and Fire Behaviour classes. As one of the pioneering manufacturers in China to pass the rigorous KEMA test, we continue to lead in quality and safety standards.
