Product Features
Distinguished Production Performance: The structure is adorned with a specially formulated paint layer, while its interior boasts advanced safeguards crafted to avert:
the mishandling of circuit breakers.
the switching of isolators under load scenarios.
the risky connection of grounding wires (grounding switches) while the system is energized.
the closure of circuit breakers with grounding wires (grounding switches) engaged.
unintended access to live compartments.
Leveraging BIOSCO technology, the modular structure is a testament to installation and operational simplicity.
Crafted from high-grade structural steel, it delivers supreme mechanical resilience and features a meticulously treated surface for exceptional weather endurance.
Cutting-Edge Environmental Control: Both transformer and low-voltage rooms are equipped with cutting-edge automatic temperature control systems, ensuring optimal temperature regulation and effective ventilation.
The top insulation layer is engineered to thwart condensation due to rapid temperature shifts, with provisions for additional insulation layers around the enclosure.
Smart Operations: Pioneering intelligent operation and maintenance, it boasts smart data collection and analysis for high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) switchgear, as well as the transformer.
Design and Customization: Aesthetic excellence meets functionality with customizable designs offering a plethora of choices. The internal structure can be configured in 'H' or 'T' shapes, with options for both corridor-inclusive and corridor-free layouts.
Enclosure Structure
High Voltage Chamber:
The core of the high voltage chamber comprises a high-voltage ring main unit. It supports sulfur hexafluoride load switches and vacuum circuit breakers, fortifying the transformer against short circuits, overloads, and numerous other potential hazards.
Transformer Chamber:
Optimized for both dry-type and oil-immersed transformers, the three-phase transformer chamber is fortified with a state-of-the-art ventilation system featuring adjustable temperature settings. Transformers are safeguarded with live space barriers to prevent accidental contact during inspections.
Low Voltage Chamber:
The secondary low voltage chamber offers versatility with two assembly options: corridor and non-corridor. It accommodates metering, main incoming, outgoing, capacitor, and interlocking cabinets (for dual transformers), providing comprehensive low-voltage switchgear capabilities. Capacitive reactive power compensation typically ranges from 15% to 30% of the transformer capacity.
Operating Environment
Ambient Temperature: A resilient operational range from -25°C to 40°C
Altitude: Suitable for elevations not surpassing 1000 meters
Relative Humidity: Optimized for up to 90% at 25°C, with short-term peaks allowed up to 100%
Installation Conditions: Ideally suited for areas devoid of fire, explosion risks, chemical corrosion, or severe vibrations
