1. Ingeniously scientific and advanced design scheme
Harnessing state-of-the-art computer software, we meticulously analyze the winding electric field under high voltage conditions. This allows us to precisely map the winding electric field gradients, ensuring the structure endures high voltage impacts. Furthermore, we delve into the insulation structure to verify safe operations, and assess magnetic leakage and temperature distribution to align with design specifications. Our optimized lamination design minimizes magnetic distortion in gaps, thereby elevating no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, the iron core benefits from precision cutting by an advanced shearing machine, minimizing burrs. Employing multi-step, 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduces no-load loss, current, and noise. The robust core clamping device features a board structure for enhanced mechanical strength, while fasten nails provide adequate axial pressure on the transformer padding block.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings for reduced load loss
Our ingenious design positions the inner coil directly on the insulation barrel, utilizing chamfered spacers and padding blocks to evenly distribute the electric field and bolster stability. The use of BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly ensures precise axial alignment of the windings and enhances axial strength.
4. Tank
Constructed with wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams, our folded plate tank boasts a sleek and refined appearance alongside superior mechanical strength, proven by standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Our specialized welding techniques and groove-type flanges secure long-lasting, leak-free performance. The tank's wide plate radiation system, equipped with heavy-duty low-noise blowers, elevates heat dissipation efficiency, reducing radiating plates and averting leaks. Its capsule-type conservator effectively delays oil aging under vacuum conditions, reinforcing electric strength and can be seamlessly integrated with the transformer.
5. Protection System
Our advanced protection system includes Pt100 thermal resistors for meticulous temperature control within the transformer body. A pressure relief valve with contacts is mounted atop the tank, complemented by an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays on the conservator. The system also features an oil pressure indicator with contacts positioned in the tank. These components are designed for seamless signal conversion and transfer. Our HV and LV bushings are crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space and proving resilient in high pollution areas. The padding plates and terminal case, made of exquisite stainless steel, provide an elegant and durable finish.
