In 2023, our CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) testing center was officially unveiled. This indicates that we can carry out testing services according to international accreditation standards (ISO/IEC17025). The testing data and reports issued by the testing center within the scope of accreditation can use the China National Laboratory Accreditation Service (CNAS) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) logos, which are recognized by more than 100 countries and regions including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Japan, etc. that have signed mutual recognition agreements.
Product Features of 110kv Oil Transformer
1. Low Loss: No-load loss is reduced by 20% compared to national standards, and load loss is reduced by 5%.
2. Low Noise: Natural cooling noise levels are below 60dB, 3 to 5dB lower than national standards.
3. Low Partial Discharge: Dust-free operations keep partial discharge levels below 100pC.
4. Short Circuit Resistance: Passed sudden short circuit tests at the National Transformer Testing Center.
5. Leakage-Free: All sealing components are made from acrylic in one piece and undergo fluorescence, positive pressure, and negative pressure leak tests.
